Supports the immune system especially with respect to influenza Put 2 level tablespoons in a cloth tea bag or piece of muslin & add to 2 cups of almost boiling water. Steep for 10 min. Remove tea bag and add honey to taste. Pray over it & drink one cup in the morning and one cup in the evening(1/2 cup for children or the elderly). Drink 2 cups a day for 7 days total.
