Supports metabolic balance and pancreatic health. This is taken for 6 days over an 8 day period. Drink one measured cup in the early morning on an empty stomach one half hour before eating drinking anything else on the days the formula is taken. Drink one cup on days 1,2,3,4,6, and 8. Do not take the formula on days 5 and 7. It is suggested to say "In the name of Allah, Oh Allah your ar the Healer" Bismillah ya Allah as Shaafi prior to drinking the formula. Note that is usual to experience diarrhea after taking this formula. Repeat if needed.
